At Boreal Defence, we stand by the quality of our tactical and outdoor apparel. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
